Mason Street Grill

Milwaukee, WI

Milwaukee's top chefs will gather for one night at the historic Pfister Hotel's Grand Ballroom to honor Jacques Pepin, raise funds to benefit his foundation and celebrate his 90th Birthday. Each Chef will serve one great item from a table in this gourmet walk-around. There will also be a special Silent Auction. Jacques will join us via video for a special toast.

From Bombay to Asheville and Atlanta, Chai Pani has extended their love of food, hospitality, and storytelling to the south’s most essential culinary cities. In 2021, The New York Times included Chai Pani in their list of America’s Favorite Restaurants. And in 2022, Chai Pani Asheville was named Outstanding Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation.

Miss River

New Orleans, LA

Alon Shaya's “love letter to Louisiana,” Miss River is based on his vast experience of the local culture and cuisine in his nearly 20 years as a resident. For this special 90/90 event, Chef Shaya celebrates Jacques Pépin's 90th birthday with an exquisite five-course dinner featuring specialty dishes like Fromage Forte on Melba Toast, Crab Gratin, Filet and Short Rib en Crépinette, Parisian Gnocchi, Crêpe Suzette with Creole cream cheese ice cream and more.

Sunday Soirée at DANIEL

New York, NY

Since opening in 1993, DANIEL has earned its place among the pillars of New York City’s bustling dining scene, receiving numerous accolades for its refined European cuisine, world-class cellar and gracious hospitality. Located in the former Mayfair Hotel on Park Avenue – the original site of Le Cirque – DANIEL is steeped in French culinary history. Join us here on April 6 for a special 90/90 dinner series event. JPF Members will receive early access to tickets in January.

Bad Idea

Nashville, TN

Recently recognized by the New York Times as one of the 50 best restaurants in America, East Nashville's Bad Idea features an ever-evolving menu of exciting, yet approachable, food inspired by Chef Colby Rasavong's Lao heritage. For this special 90/90 dinner event, Bad Idea will feature a four-course dinner for 40-60 people on their picturesque mezzanine.

Giusto

Newport, RI

Giusto is the first independent restaurant concept from Rhode Island native Chef Kevin O’Donnell and pays homage to Italian cuisine while drawing outside of the lines. Inspired by the simplicity of traditional Italian cooking as well as its focus on quality ingredients, Chef O’Donnell melds the two with his affection for his home state’s wide array of farms, fisheries, and other producers. For this 90/90 dinner, Giusto will showcase Rhode Island's diverse culinary talent by hosting several area chefs for a collaborative dinner featuring cuisine inspired by Chef Jacques.

Asador Bastian

Chicago, IL

Asador Bastian is a Chicago chophouse with Basque influences from acclaimed Chef Doug Psaltis. Located in the iconic "Flair House" originally built in 1883, this historic townhouse has been revived and brought back to life with culinary inspiration from the great asadors of San Sebastián, Spain. For this special event, acclaimed chefs Doug Psaltis, Christian Eckmann and Hsing Chen will create special Jacques-inspired dishes in addition to their incredible à la carte menu.

Community Kitchen Pittsburgh

Join the Catalyst Kitchens network, their members and their supporters for a special 90/90 event and celebration of partnership. This event will be a combination of a Catalyst Kitchens Pop-up Gala and a Community Kitchen Pittsburgh Guest Chef Night. This event will help Catalyst Kitchens network to raise money and sustain the efforts of teaching kitchens across the country.

Set among the vines of Sonoma County, Douglas Keane has created an experience that takes guests on a culinary exploration and welcomes them behind the scenes of a Michelin restaurant. Guests will be greeted with Champagne into the aptly name Bubbles Lounge. Following this they will be invited to spend time with the chefs in the kitchen, savoring bites throughout. The next stop on the Journey is the glass walled Dining Room with its expansive Alexander Valley views. A fond farewell brings guests through a mysterious Chocolate Room for one final treat.

For this 90/90 dinner, The Restaurant at Farmhouse Inn is partnering with Foley Family Wines and Spirits to showcase some of the most exquisite wines in their extensive portfolio, and highlighting the incredible Sonoma County terroir with an exceptional multi-course dinner.

Luce

San Francisco, CA

Join Chef Dennis Efthymiou at Luce, where culinary artistry meets contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, in celebration of Jacques Pépin. Luce will feature a menu inspired by Chef Pépin with proceeds benefiting the Foundation from 11/13 to 11/15, culminating with a very intimate dining experience on 11/15.
