For this special 90/90 event, Chef Shaya celebrates Jacques Pépin's 90th birthday with an exquisite five-course dinner featuring specialty dishes like Fromage Forte on Melba Toast, Crab Gratin, Filet and Short Rib en Crépinette, Parisian Gnocchi, Crêpe Suzette with Creole cream cheese ice cream and more.

Renowned restaurateur Dominick Purnomo and Culinary Director Ian O'Leary have crafted a remarkable menu inspired by Jacques' impressive collection of 30 cookbooks. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with exquisite selections from Yono's award-winning wine cellar, ensuring a feast that delights the senses.

Café D'Alsace features a curved zinc bar and vibrant terrazzo floors, creating a charming ambiance. Originally located on 88th and 2nd, it now operates in the historic former site of Elaine’s. Proudly New York-owned, the restaurant emphasizes local sourcing and serves as a welcoming hub for its community. For this special 90/90 dinner, Café D'Alsace will offer an intimate ticketed dinner in their private dining room, hosted by Executive Chef Philippe Roussel.

For this special 90/90 dinner event, Bad Idea will feature a four-course dinner for 40-60 people on their picturesque mezzanine.

Fiola

Washington, DC

Fiola is honored to host a 90/90 dinner for the Jacques Pepin Foundation. Fiola's dinner will be a collaboration between Chef/Owner Fabio Trabocchi and Fiola Executive Chef Antonio Mermolia. Chefs Trabocchi and Mermolia will prepare an exquisite tasting menu for the evening featuring fine ingredients. The menu will be paired with wines from Fiola's Wine Spectator Grand Award winning list.

Giusto

Join Chef Kevin O’Donnell at Giusto for a 5-course tasting menu with beverage pairings. Executive Chef William Rietzel, Pastry Chef Sarah Larose, and guest chefs Robert Andreozzi of Pizza Marvin, Basil Yu of Yagi Noodles, and Eric Brown of Frank and Laurie's will each showcase their individual style with a heavy influence of classic French cuisine.

Asador Bastian

Asador Bastian is a Chicago chophouse with Basque influences from acclaimed Chef Doug Psaltis. Located in the iconic "Flair House" originally built in 1883, this historic townhouse has been revived and brought back to life with culinary inspiration from the great asadors of San Sebastián, Spain. For this special event, acclaimed chefs Doug Psaltis, Christian Eckmann and Hsing Chen will create special Jacques-inspired dishes in addition to their incredible à la carte menu.

Experience the essence of Spain in downtown Asheville. Winner of the James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Hospitality, Cúrate offers traditional Spanish tapas in a warm and lively atmosphere with an open kitchen. During the month of August, Cúrate will feature a special Jacques-inspired dish each day, with a portion of the proceeds donated to JPF.
