Cafe D’Alsace

Café D'Alsace features a curved zinc bar and vibrant terrazzo floors, creating a charming ambiance. Originally located on 88th and 2nd, it now operates in the historic former site of Elaine’s. Proudly New York-owned, the restaurant emphasizes local sourcing and serves as a welcoming hub for its community. For this special 90/90 dinner event, Bad Idea will feature a four-course dinner for 40-60 people on their picturesque mezzanine.

Le Voltaire French Restaurant/House of Bah Foundation

House of Bah Foundation, an Omaha-based JPF Grantee that prepares immigrant/refugee students for culturally-affirming culinary careers, is delighted to celebrate Chef Pepin's 90th birthday with a special prix fixe menu inspired by Chef Pepin's recipes. Led by Executive Director and Chef Djibril Djamil Bah-Traore, House of Bah Foundation works to ensure all people and their cuisines are positively represented in our communities.

Fiola

Fiola is honored to host a 90/90 dinner for the Jacques Pepin Foundation. Fiola's dinner will be a collaboration between Chef/Owner Fabio Trabocchi and Fiola Executive Chef Antonio Mermolia. Chefs Trabocchi and Mermolia will prepare an exquisite tasting menu for the evening featuring fine ingredients. The menu will be paired with wines from Fiola's Wine Spectator Grand Award winning list.

Asador Bastian

Asador Bastian is a Chicago chophouse with Basque influences from acclaimed Chef Doug Psaltis. Located in the iconic "Flair House" originally built in 1883, this historic townhouse has been revived and brought back to life with culinary inspiration from the great asadors of San Sebastián, Spain. For this special event, acclaimed chefs Doug Psaltis, Christian Eckmann and Hsing Chen will create special Jacques-inspired dishes in addition to their incredible à la carte menu.

Koko Head Cafe

In late 2013, Chef Lee Anne Wong uprooted from her hometown of NYC to move to sunny Oahu, Hawaii. There she partnered with Chef Kevin Hanney and opened up Koko Head Cafe in March of 2014. Specializing in locally sourced, creative brunch fare, Koko Head Cafe quickly became a community favorite and has received both local and national acclaim in print, online and on television. This special 90/90 event features a collaboration with Roy Yamaguchi of Roy’s Hawaii, Robynne Maii of Fete Restaurant and Michelle Karr Ueoka of MW Restaurant.

The philosophy of the Oyster Club and The Port of Call is to provide you with a beautiful and thoughtful dining experience, while supporting our local food community. We could not do what we do without the people who farm, fish, ferment, brew and craft in this little corner of Connecticut. In the kitchen is Chef/Partner Renee Touponce, a James Beard Award Finalist for Outstanding Chef 2024, and Best Chef Northeast 2023. Renee leads the culinary team at both Oyster Club and our sister restaurant, The Port of Call.

Experience the essence of Spain in downtown Asheville. Winner of the James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Hospitality, Cúrate offers traditional Spanish tapas in a warm and lively atmosphere with an open kitchen. Join the Catalyst Kitchens network, their members and their supporters for a special 90/90 event and celebration of partnership. This event will be a combination of a Catalyst Kitchens Pop-up Gala and a Community Kitchen Pittsburgh Guest Chef Night. This event will help Catalyst Kitchens network to raise money and sustain the efforts of teaching kitchens across the country.

The Sanctuary at Argenta/Comeback Kitchen

Comeback Kitchen is the social enterprise arm of Food Jobs Work, a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating poverty through culinary workforce development. It serves as a food production enterprise for program graduates, offering catering services and retail products. Proceeds from Comeback Kitchen directly support Food Jobs Work's culinary training programs, providing opportunities for individuals to gain practical experience and support their transition into the culinary industry.

Set among the vines of Sonoma County, Douglas Keane has created an experience that takes guests on a culinary exploration and welcomes them behind the scenes of a Michelin restaurant. Guests will be greeted with Champagne into the aptly name Bubbles Lounge. Following this they will be invited to spend time with the chefs in the kitchen, savoring bites throughout. The next stop on the Journey is the glass walled Dining Room with its expansive Alexander Valley views. A fond farewell brings guests through a mysterious Chocolate Room for one final treat.
