Charleston Wine + Food infuses homegrown flavor with top chefs, winemakers, authors, storytellers, artisans, experts, and food enthusiasts from around the globe for a five-day event that spans the first full weekend each March. Charleston Wine + Food aims to create purpose-driven programs that build a sustainable, vibrant, and connected food and beverage community in Charleston — and they will be hosting a special 90/90 celebration!
Highlights
- This special dinner will showcase the vast impact of Jacques and celebrate his legacy through the food and stories of a stellar lineup of five chefs including James Beard Award winning Chef Mike Lata of FIG and The Ordinary, Chef Michelle Weaver fresh off the heels of her 27 years as the guiding force of the Charleston Grill, Aretah Ettarh, Chef de Cuisine of Gramercy Tavern, and Lee Anne Wong of Koko Head Café in Hawaii. This once in a lifetime, multi-course dining experience will start with a cocktail hour featuring Jacques’ favorite spirit – bourbon – prepared by James Beard-award winning bar program, Jewel of the South.
- Each course will be paired with the finest of French wines, including Champagne, hand-selected by Marika Vida of Frederick Wildman.

- The Jacques Pépin Foundation and Charleston Wine + Food are excited to collaborate for the first time on this experience not only to celebrate Jacques Pépin, but to showcase the similar mission of both organizations of enriching lives and strengthening communities through the power of culinary education.
- Proceeds from this dining experience are earmarked to support the Charleston Wine + Food’s Culinary + Hospitality Enrichment Fund which powers its education and workforce development programs.
