Proudly New York-owned, the restaurant emphasizes local sourcing and serves as a welcoming hub for its community. For this special 90/90 dinner, Café D’Alsace will offer a five-course menu and wine pairing in their private dining room, hosted by Executive Chef Philippe Roussel.
