Provenance is a fine dining, tasting menu-focused restaurant with chef counter-style seating. The menu is French seafood with subtle Korean influences and ingredients. The fare is highly influenced by the marriage of the land and the sea and the close-knit relationships with local farmers, artisans, and purveyors that Nich has developed throughout his career.
