Brandon Chrostowski

Brandon Edwin Chrostowski, Founder and CEO of EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute, is renowned for his groundbreaking work in culinary and hospitality training for the formerly incarcerated. Through his flagship French restaurant and nonprofit, he has established a national model for re-entry with a one percent recidivism rate. Since 2007, he has expanded EDWINS to include housing, wraparound services, and the EDWINS Family Center. His ventures, including Edwins Too, EDWINS Butcher Shop, and EDWINS Bakery and Diner, provide affordable dining and career paths for graduates. A classically trained chef, Chrostowski is a 2023 James Beard Finalist and resides in Cleveland with his family.
