Fair Haven Oyster Co. will be hosting a Celebration of French Seafood honoring the cuisines of Jacques Pépin and Julia Child. We will be serving a five-course meal inspired by the cuisines of these two legendary chefs. Our friends at Ungrafted Selections will be curating the wine to match perfectly with the delicate and refined flavors of the meal. Seating will be communal for this event.

Emily Mingrone is an award-winning chef and restaurateur with numerous accolades from acclaimed publications such as The New York Times and Boston Magazine, in addition to repeated recognition from Connecticut Magazine for Overall Excellence. Emily was also the first woman to take home Chef of the Year from the Connecticut Restaurant Association in 2021 and has had multiple appearances on the Food Network.
