Join us for a specially curated dinner of regional Mexican flavors and techniques inspired by Jacques Pépin himself. We are honored to join the 90/90 celebrations in support of this great cause.

Fiola is honored to host a 90/90 dinner for the Jacques Pepin Foundation. Fiola’s dinner will be a collaboration between Chef/Owner Fabio Trabocchi and Fiola Executive Chef Antonio Mermolia. Chefs Trabocchi and Mermolia will prepare an exquisite tasting menu for the evening featuring fine ingredients. The menu will be paired with wines from Fiola’s Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning list.

Gatherings in Florida and Tennessee spread the 90/90 celebration through the south. Chef Maneet Chauhan and Chef Brian Riggenbach hosted a four-course brunch in Nashville. Miami’s Sereia featured a six-course meal from top chefs. Chef Norman Van Aken’s gala at Norman’s in Orlando closed the month with elegant, heartfelt celebrations.
